NHBC 10-Year Protection Plan
Your new Pearce Home will be fully insured under the terms of the NHBC 10-Year Protection Plan, and a handbook will be supplied on completion of your purchase containing all the details of the cover provided.
Pearce Homes Warranty
For the first two years after completion, your new home is covered by your Pearce Homes warranty. This is managed by our Customer Care team who are available to provide advice and direct assistance.
