New Build Residential Houses
Landkey Parish nestles perfectly in the rolling North Devon countryside where, through our own procurement, we designed and constructed 24 new homes.
The development consists of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes providing accommodation for all needs and requirements. The properties have been
traditionally built from masonry in lime based mortar mix and are built in accordance with the ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’. Encompassing a range of energy saving features from Air Source Heat Pumps to Solar Panels the homes meet environmental standards such as management of waste, water use, environmental impact of materials for example.
Six of the new homes where procured by Devon and Cornwall Housing providing local housing for local people, both rented or shared ownership.
