This project included the demolition of an existing property and a new build “high specification” five-bed dwelling.
We worked closely with the client and design team to procure the material choices for the visual impact required.
A timber framed build with natural slate, PV array, natural stonework, Iroko cladding. Air Source heat pump with underfloor heating, cantilevered staircase and high-spec finishes throughout.
