Teaching Spaces
The construction and installation of a prefabricated modular classroom block which was fitted out to suit the schools requirements.
Very tight access for this project had to be considered and a separate trackway was installed to accommodate the demolition of three classrooms, the construction of foundations, drainage and retaining wall to facilitate the project. The block featured a PV array, SUDs planters and larch cladding. The construction works were undertaken with minimal impact on the school activities.
