The development and restoration of the historic Bideford Arts Centre to transform the old building into a new library and community ‘hub’. We have preserved and restored all original features such as windows, doors, staircase, skirting, architraves and roof timbers.
Residential Barnstaple
Taw Wharf a development partnership between Pearce Homes and Anchorwood Ltd was formed to regenerate this historic riverside brownfield site to provide 172 high-quality homes including 37 affordable homes.
Education Barnstaple
The project provided a Theatre, Art & Technology Classrooms, Dressing Rooms, Disabled Lift and Circulation Areas with a first-floor glazed link. The construction is a cross-laminated timber frame structure, with larch cladding, built to extremely high detailing standards.
